An old associate forwarded this me and I just had to check it out myself. This muppet worked around me and our circles a long time ago after he robbed a mate of mine to start Meyer Asset Mngt. I can confirm the following for the unlucky here
Richard Cayne actually worked with monkey Greg Pitt for a short time in the mid or late 1990s and I assume kept in touch when Pitt left and both hatched this thai land banking shenanigans cash grab. Something went off the rails as expected or the money they were taking dried up once Cayne was raided by the FSA. Trust me we all got FSA letters and those that abide the law have no issues in Japan
I can confirm Richard Cayne was violating grave Japan financial laws when selling this land banking rubbish and other products when he was in Tokyo as someone already pointed out and seems to have got the Japan gauntlet again however safe in Thailand it seems
We have been waiting patiently for years to see this muppet arrested or finally come ends like many have hoped in Japan and elsewhere
Kindly post anymore details as I retired and we will check this site from time to time. Don't give up the good fight on this crook muppet. The Japanese FSA would need to work with the Thai SEC

Lastly anyone that did invest in the thai beach bank rubbish should not hold their breath and most likely he just played it off his old mate Pitt and already spewed this for years that has also been duly noted. Added a quick glance of the FSA SESC site and I believe his 2010 bust would just take a phone call.
Cheers and godspeed.
Mr Guy
