I have just had a conversation with the driver who is doing my move tomorrow. Apparently I forgot to mention the laundry basket. And the Ironing board. And a vacuum cleaner. Oh and 2 vases. They give you a quote for what you think is the move but it's not: you have to provide an inventory of every single thing and if you add anything, even a vase, it costs extra. They say I forgot to add my sideboard, which hardly seems likely; god knows how much extra I'll get charged for that. Not a happy customer.

“My experience too. I asked for 3 bed house move. The inventory i thought was for big items and boxes. I did not expect things such as bucket and mop or a fan to cost extra. Pathetic excuse of movers. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!”
