My wife ordered a gown from Hebeos, the size was way too small through the waist and bust and much too long. Site offered returns, they now want a 30 percent restocking and cleaning fee. The gown was so small that my wife could not even fit into gown much less zip up the gown (gown unworn with all tags attached). The color was also off and the dress was not the quality that was shown on the site. No discount for return shipping and will charge initial shipping. I have asked for a return address 3 times and have not received one. I have started a dispute on the charges. Please be aware of this business as the quality of the clothing is not as shown, the supposed size 14 US was way off and the returns they state are allowed are subject to a 30% restocking and cleaning fee, with no discounted return shipping. I imagine that I will not be able to recoup any of my money if and when they send a return address back to China.

Tip for consumers:
The Customer Service replied, but was very hesitant to give me a return address, they also want to charge a 30% cleaning and restocking fee for the dress which was ordered as a size 14 US. I have requested a return address 3 times and still none given. I have had to resort to disputing the charges as the Customer Service is not forthcoming with an address. Shipping to and from will not be refunded.

Products used:
None, size of gown ordered as US 14 was very small through waist and bust unable to fully wear even with zipper undone, obviously not sewn to US size 14, Gown is new unworn with all tags attached.

I booked a movie online for my son and me and went to the theater which is about a 20 minute drive from my home. I had carelessly left my printed ticket at home. I was at the theater before the start of the show and told the ticket counter my issue. I told them my problem and the seats I had reserved and the two types of tickets I had purchased, they even checked it out on my credit card and confirmed my info but the manger refused to allow us in. I was told I could get a refund but that I would need my ticket which has the confirmation number. I drove home and called Fandango and was told no refunds or exchanges could be made after the start times of the movie, which after driving home and waiting on the phone in que for over 10 minutes the show had already started. So no refund or exchange even after talking with a manager at Fandango. BEWARE RIP OFF ARTISTS!
