First Meyer lemon was not branched, sent second one and several offshoots were pruned simply for shipping purposes. They made good on it right away, so thanks for that.

I placed an order for a replacement part that had no picture. They sent me the wrong color so I worked with an online support agent. They said they would have to contact the "sales floor" to get the authorization. I have waited a week, emailed twice, and still no response. Called today and the most unprofessional agent i have ever spoken with fielded the call. I think he was high as a kite. It was like pulling teeth to get any information, i literally thought he fell asleep a couple times. Anyway, good luck if you don't get the right item. You're better off just buying a replacement and praying that the return happens on the back end.
