I asked for cancelation and refund after negative reviews here and i got no reply, instead they immediate post a tracking code email, later i opened paypal case which they replied with tracking code which supposely proof shipment of package, i escalated claim, a month after and yet i have no phone in my hand only a track code and paypal still investigating claim, avoid them at any cost, beter pay a little more and have your mind.
