Customer Service, there is none, it's HORRIBLE! It takes Hours of being "on hold" to only be told they have to transfer you.
They have "Money Grabbing" techniques like, they have Robinhood Gold Pop Ups and when you make a mistake and hit join, but then realize you hit a wrong button and go back in to Cancel, within 5 minutes, they keep your money. You put in a call request. When they call you back, they need to transfer you and you wait and wait...
Don't do it! Save your Time and go with a reputable company such as ETrade. I don't even want Robinhood on my devices anymore.
Believe me when I tell you, you will experience nothing but Problems & Aggravation. Customer Service, there is none, it's rediculas.
