So when I first called I got a hold of a guy gave him the model number he confirmed the parts I need it even gave me free shipping much appreciate it. Unfortunately parts showed up a week and a half later have all the wrong parts he put in the wrong part numbers. So I called customer service they told me to return them and I need to reorder the right part numbers well now I reorder them they make me pay for shipping took away the discount that I had. Decided to just cancel everything got my refund and took their part number put it in Amazon and wallah parts found up 50% cheaper than what they sold. Now I see why Sears is going under
