The service great never had any problems a little difficult to get new releases, really next to impossible I can usually get the newer ones at my local rental store sooner, but for the older games no problem. Have saved money buy not buying some games that were a waste of plastic. I've even purchased games I've rented.the only problem I've had purchasing is when I purchased straight from the site lost in the mail but did get a refund no problem and they don't send the original case like they say they do if you buy one you've rented, just the ones you buy from the site. Overall not a waste of money very good service if you play games alot

I have placed several orders thru Amazon and not once have I had a problem was sent the wrong item once was told to keep it and I did receive a refund for the purchase.

Well I 're used to try it and get one month, double checked before I hit the confirmation tab... Well they got me for a year $149.99 good luck getting a refund.
Do have good vids. But good luck talking to anyone you'll never get a reply
