Pam of Toolplanet went above and beyond in the customer service department. I ordered 3 high quality augers and one of them would not be in stock for several months, so she made a substitution telling me that if I wasn't satisfied with it, I could get back in touch and she would make good. I got them, tried them out and the substitution, while a good auger wasn't as good as the other two high-end ones. She said I could keep the one and she put in a back-order for the other. When I found one in stock from another supplier, she canceled the back-order and gave me a store credit.
All in all, she won me over. I'll definitely be going back to them in the future.
