We had a Brio water cooler delivered from Amazon and it doesn't dispense water. A call to organize.com was not returned. An email provided a 1 page troubleshoot guide which didn't help. We are returning the product and we won't order another Brio product, ever. Seeing the reviews, 9 of 9 "Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!" is consistent with our experience. Good riddance! How do these companies stay in business?
