It's hard to make money selling your gear when 75% of the offers come from spam troll accounts who make an offer and never pay, knowing Reverb does nothing to enforce payment or punish accounts for wasting time and screwing over potential sales.

Reverb doesn't even have a phone number anymore to contact customer service. It's just gone and directs you to chat bots instead.

There's no way to block buyers so you're constantly harassed by 0 feedback catfish accounts making offers to get their jollies. It's unprofessional and unbecoming of what was the official place to sell music gear.

Tip for consumers:
The only way to get in contact with customer service is through chatbot then email several days later, Reverb at one point had a very kind customer service that you could call that were all music heads. But those days are gone and it's turning more wild west.
