I was at an Aldo store at Fairview, west island. An older couple trying to return a shoe for refund were offered a no refund-gift card and threatened to get the mall security on them otherwise. Quite chocking and disturbing! The extend they were willing to go to cheat customers out of their money! Hypocrites liars!

Is that the new Aldo policy? Is that how and what they train their sales team on? I had read reviews about their bad, unethical, unprofessional customer service. This one topped them all! Still can't get over it!

Contacted the company to move my 5 pieces bedroom, my 3 pieces living room, a 5 pieces stereo set and a TV unit. Upon reception of my furniture EVERY Single piece of furniture was severely damaged or destroyed. My leather sofa was dragged on the floor, and the leather was torn in so many places. My TV unit was all scratched and broken.
The company refused to pay for the damages. My total loss is about $15,000. The owner told me that if i take him to court he will close the company and change the company name. Beware of this company. Go visit their premises before you commit. Ask for insurance. They have no professional movers. There is new owner everyday, or so they say. Managers change everyday... Something is not right! BE CAREFUL, better yet STAY AWAY. Check the pictures, and google the company review.
