I purchased one of their cases based on an online ad i saw on social media. When I received it, everything looked great and had decent quality considering the price, but it was not what I ordered (they sent the incorrect version for my phone) i simply wanted it exchanged but was told i had to return it and then purchase a new one. I decided I'd just return it and not purchase a new one because i had to pay to ship it back myself and the cost wasn't worth it for something i could buy at a mall kiosk (plus they're there ones who sent the wrong case, so it didn't seem fair that i was losing out on money for their mistake) NO BIGGIE! When I got an email asking for a review on my experience I simply said it didn't seem fair that they wouldn't pay for shipping, and I got the SNARKIEST email I've ever recieved from anyone in customer service. Quote: "we didn't pay for shipping? Then who did? Do you think the post office pays for shipping? Nice review. " I mean... I paid for shipping both to ship it to my house and to return it to them, so the audacity to have this kind of energy when I was trying to give my honest opinion is kind of gross considering I would have purchased from them in the future if they updated their return policy. Im definitely never recommending them or purchasing from them again because they clearly have poorly trained and highly aggressive staff who need to be taught how to address paying customers with legitimate concerns.
