Signed up to the 'VIP club' to get the discount, thinking it'd be okay and that I could cancel the subscription after I'd completed my order. Nope! Even though their FAQ page says that you're free to cancel at any time, they certainly don't make it easy. Can't do it online, you have to call them (which costs you!) and stay on the phone for 20 minutes whilst they faff around trying to convince you to stay. Nightmare! Resorted to blocking them from my PayPal account. Will never do business with them again.
