The exercise programs are good, but they are not "portable" because you have to play them online. That does not work well at the gym. I asked for a document that lists the exercises for each session, but there is none.

I get several very long emails daily. They have catchy titles, but they are either trying to sell a product or service or directing you to another email that does it. Often they do not deliver on the title of the email.

This program is only for those with lots and lots of patience.
