At first I will say this, I would NEVER rent from a company such as that with an office that looks as horrible as that.

I rented from Lonestar realty and property management which is a reputable company and still is, but as the case may be our unit was sold to some lady named " Aleshia Davis" and from that day it seems like a horrible curse was placed on that very unit... Now I believe people d move around cursed because everything was VERY fine until she bought that Unit.

First the AC went out and my wife just had a baby so placed a maintenance request, mailed it in, called and called but Brandy was avoiding us to fix the air, then the house was flooded with sewage and Brandyco sent 2 girls with a vacuum to come suck some of the sewage leaving our carpet still soaked with sewage, bathrooms unusable and she told my wife that it's been taken cared of. I got angry and told her to come rip the carpet up which took over 3weeks for her to even respond back to us.

We were never late on rent or owed anything to Brandyco but she will never do what she is suppose to. This went on for weeks, we had to move into a hotel because the toilet was un-useable for humans and all the house flooded with sewage.

After that we decided to move and leave that hell hole because I don't have either the time to invest in fighting with her to make repairs and stuff.

I talked to my lawyer and we did have a case but sometimes you gotta look at who you want to take to court and see if "it's" worth it, So I say to myself FORGET IT.

THERE ARE MANY REPUTABLE COMPANY IN KILLEEN TEXAS, I am putting this out here to help the next person that will be renting to never go near "BrandyCo Rentals & property management because you will regret every minute of everyday spent renting from her company.

A lot of things went bad back to back which I did not mention like the " sink garbage disposal" bad pipes in the house and many other stuff, which we sent request for repairs and nothing was done.

When we moved my wife cleaned the house the best she could and Brandy still took almost all our deposit sending us a check of $87.52 with a lot of bull$#*! she outlined.

Her name is Brandy and she runs BandyCo rentals. Stay AWAY from a company ran by an individual come to talk more of somebody like Brandy, she has no respect for her tenants and all she wants is your money.

Me and my family are bigger than $700 deposit and all her problems she gave herself ignoring our request for maintenance and all. I am smiling while writing this because we even got a bigger and better house.

Enjoy whatever you got from us and I hope it makes your life better because from the look of things you really need it

Its funny because I have been a pro member and got no rule all month long but as soon as my account was gonna expire and automatic payments didn't go through because there was no money in the account, I was called that a casting director needs me in a role "Jack Reacher 2" and got a second call saying that " Oh your subscription expired and the casting director rejected you for the role, but if i pay $288 for one year I can still get the role back.

I am not a total dummy and I know when something don't seem right. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND HELP A HOMELESS PERSON WITH YOUR MONEY AND I BELIEVE YOU WILL HAVE MORE PEACE OF MIND KNOWING YOU HELPED A HOMELESS PERSON RATHER THAN PAYING FOR EXPLORE TALENT BECAUSE ITS A COMPLETE WASTE.
