I have rented many cars in my lifetime, never had an accident, never had to file a claim for damages - until I rented from Greenmotion.

In March 2017, I rented a Fiat Panda at the airport Rejkavik, Iceland for 3 days.
It was around 6AM in the morning when I picked up the rental, still dark out.
The staff there did an inspection in the dimly lit outdoors and documented all was fine with the car. On the highway to my hotel, I noticed a tiny crack speck on the windshield that was apparently missed by their staff during the inspection.
Really- it was small/tiny crack and I didn't think much of it.
I drove the rental for 140KM (87 miles) for the 3 days.
When I returned it, they found 2 of the tiny cracks on the windshield and an expire front driver side parking light.
They went and charged my credit card for the "damages" a total $892 US dollars (after conversion). I was angry.
Almost $900 for two tiny "cracks" that had existed before I had the rental and an expire bulb, ridiculous! There were no other issues with the rental.
Never again!

Justfly.com is a bonafide greedy, scam company!
Just reading these multiple and recent 2017 NEGATIVE reviews confirms that this company has absolutely no integrity and no customer satisfaction - just THIEVES!

And how PATHETIC and DECEPTIVE in their attempts below by the "JustFly team" (ie. Midhat Z - JustFly Rep) to resolve complaints stating:
"... we are unable to address this review simply because you did not provide your 9-digit booking reference number. Please do so either by private message so that we can look into this for you and help you out further."

Well let me tell you, don't fall for it - MidhatZ's feeble attempt to provide "customer response" in these negative reviews are all smoke and mirrors, a typical illusion to fool you to think the company cares about their customers! They have your money - they will NOT resolve anything. Greedy low lives!

I booked a roundtrip ticket in 2016 and paid $400+ for a flight leaving out of Boston on the afternoon of Tuesday, March 14,2017. What happened was winter storm Stella - ALL flights coming/going out of Boston that day were CANCELLED!
OK - so I was proactive, contacted Justfly and changed my flight for the next available departure. Done! All was well and good... until I returned home and saw my credit card statement.

They charged my credit card an additional $457 for changing my "cancelled" flight (penalty fee of $210, an exchange Fare difference of $229 + taxes). This fee was applied to this 1 flight and cost MORE than my original roundtrip ticket.
I was livid! Calling them caused more road rage anger!
After being placed on a consecutive hold for an hour+, every agent and manager I spoke with had a HEAVY accent and ALL of them REFUSED to refund the amount - claiming ridiculous policies!
They did NOT cared that my original flight was cancelled due to weather - again, the departure flight was CANCELLED! They went and charged fees and penalties for changes to the flight that was cancelled! They call themselves a "travel agency" and are not bound to any airline waivers and certainly have no concept of good customer service!

AVOID Justfly.com! They are evil, greedy cretins!
Their response request for you to provide your "9-digit booking reference number" is a WASTE OF TIME! They will not refund your money but will give you all EXCUSES on why they are keeping your money!
