I purchased online a summer dress. It is free shipping and free return. The dress costs $198 but the quality is horrible, and the color does not match at all the photo on the site. So I decided to return with included Fedex return label. The half of barcode is missing and Fedex office said we cannot accept it. I called customer service and never reached anyone. I emailed but they never returned. I returned the dress by Fedex for which I paid, enclosing a receipt and missing barcode return label. I did not hear from Splendid anything. Terrible customer service! After a while, they just refunded me the dress. So it is not free shipping and free return. You'd better watch out.
