Normally I don't write reviews but I had to in this case. I've emailed this company three times asking for help and haven't heard anything back except something like "we received your help ticket and were working on it." I received my vip box sets in the mail back in early July and decided I liked 3/5 sets and sent the other two back (my dog ate the box up so I had to use a poly mailer). I sent back the two sets with plenty of time to spare and I ended up being charged the full price for all five sets! I feel like I was stolen from, ignored and most importantly lied to. I do not trust this company. They do not care about their consumers.
