I had to order a 2nd cover because the first cover would not fit properly EVEN THOUGH I followed the website measurements accurately. The customer service (in Nov 2020) tried to offer me a 20% discount on a new order which is a joke since the 20% coupons to Covers&all are everywhere. I ended up ordering another cover but gave an extra 8-12" to each dimension for the custom patio swing cover.

Terrible company. Buyer beware. We pre-booked a private execucar to pick us up at lax upon our return. After landing at LAX, we called the dispatch and was told by a very rude and apothetic woman that they could not find a driver to get us so to find other means of transport. She was so not helpful and couldn't care less about the fact that we were stranded 50 miles from home. We will never use SS again...

Terrible service. I had a schedule flight change (via email) which I agreed to. One travel (two weeks later) has not changed the flight and after 6 calls to customer service, the flight STILL has not been changed. What a terrible company - do not book with this company EVER! You will regret it
