Product I ordered and what they acknowledged were not the same. I called immediately to find out what happened and was told that since I did not call within 30 minutes, which I did call within 30 minutes of receiving the acknowledgement, the order could not be changed or cancelled. I called credit card company to dispute charge and just for reference I ask the agent to check the time the charge was processed and I was within the 30 minutes. I now know why I do business with Amazon and not Jet, this was my first and last order with Jet.
