“Unresponsive poorly run site”

My 501c3 rescue has filled out their online registration, emailed the initial requested documents, sent in other info they requested... now we have not heard back from them. This has been going on for 2 months. If they aren't going to approve us to have an account so we can post our adoptable dogs... they could at least have the courtesy to email us and tell us that.
