How I Can Help

I don't want others to get ripped off. There are so many dishonest auction sites. I have played a lot, won a lot and lost a lot. It takes a lot of money to win. I live in a gambling town and I know now -the odds are not good.

This site has come through again and again! They seem to have a deal for everything!

This company must be really inconsistent. I have sold several cards to them and have always had good luck!

I'm so sorry to hear about the other people's experiences! I can't believe it! I have dealt with Plastic Jungle many times. I always got exactly what was expected. Perhaps the difference was that I was SELLING cards and not BUYING?

Autobidder will freeze if unattended. Nice customer service. They are new, so maybe they will fix glitches.

The charity aspect implies that these are benevolent people. But when I emailed my concerns, I received condescending replies. Maybe this was a good site at one time, but not now. I watched for a week and saw each auction begin and then quickly end because no one was bidding and the item's "price" did not meet the preset reserve price.
When I emailed them, they told me that items would come up for auctions soon. The second email told me that auction were being won every day. Really?

I was impressed by this site and even downloaded their toolbar. I used their coupon section and was beginning to use their rebate section. But then they did something unforgivable in my book -THEY POSTED THEIR ADS ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE!

Not on the side but on my wall where the comments go, like I was endorsing them. I don't know how I was tricked into giving them my Facebook page. I was so angry I UNINSTALLED their toolbar. Glad to see from other reviewers, I'm not missing much!

Anything good written about this site is probably a lie because Happy Bidday pays people to write positive reviews.

The truth:
They bombard people with "free" bids, which can be used on auctions to use "real" bids. There will usually be only one or two valuable items to bids on with the real bids. Therefore it is saturated. I had 1700 real bids and did not win a thing. (Oh, and their gift cards are usually for $10 plus bids.) They always claim the their items are at least $50 more than they are worth. When a "real" bid is placed, the price does not go up by a penny, it goes up as far as 40 cents. This makes a bid win very expensive -which is how they make their money. If you don't pay in two days for a win, they cover the screen with threats of losing your bids and/ or legal action! You cannot even play bids you have paid for. You feel stuck once your get involved, because you have thousand of useless bids!

I find it annoying when people say, "You're just mad because you don't have the right strategy." I have won a 50" plasma TV and a computer- for $1000 each plus much more. I can't believe I was fooled out of $500. So believe me when I say -don't fall for their tricks, you will lose your money, which is a horrible feeling.

You cannot win an item unless 5% of the retail price has been accumulated in bids. You are given back unwinning bids, but it appears to be impossible to win. Once the 5% hits, the bid amount does not show and it say "free" instead (which means the item it available to be won. However, you now cannot use the bidbutler because you don't have an amount to put in the "starting" box. Also, if someone "wins" an item that is not yet free, it disappears -this means you cannot build up bids to make the item available. Confused? It is no wonder no one is using this site. A promise of free bids led me there. I don't really do auctions any more, too many rip-offs!

I was tricked because they claim repeatedly that you cannot lose because they applying non-winning bids to special purchases, so their are no losers at thei site. What a joke!

I had $126 in these back-up bids. It turns out that they re worthless. They are to be applied to 5% discount for items that you pay full price for -I am going to try to reverse these charges with my bank bank, due to fraud. I have never done this before.

It is a scam site! Very interesting to read other people's experiences. I, too, had the computer freeze every time I seemed about to win. Other players seems like they weren't real. I played for hours also. No wins because of the freezes. I read about the software and it says that auction sites can have the ability to control or stop auctions. I believe that is what is happening here. I also think they use shills to write letters and phony "advertisements" that look like reviews. Also, they would not answer any of my emails. Other sites always answered!
