THIS COMPANY IS AWEFUL! I would give zero stars if I could! The company has TERRIBLE customer service. We ordered these shoes and within 11 days of wearing them only 4-5 times total, the LED lights on the inside of the shoe stopped working. I called customer service on Monday, which was day 13 and told them. They told me I needed to send an email with pics. I sent the email on day 15 and now they say they won't take them back because...#1 they were worn and #2, it was outside the 14 day period. This is preposterous! THE SHOE IS DEFECTIVE and they don't stand behind their product. They told me even if it was within the 14 day period (because I said I called in that timeframe) they wouldn't take them back because they were worn! UNBELIEVABLE! DON'T BUY THEM... THIS COMPANY STINKS!
