I placed my first order with Sheln. One of the items I received was not the item I ordered. Returned the item. Received message from Sheln that they were going to refund the item I was keeping. (the less expensive item) I said no. I was keeping that item. Had to send photos of the item that was incorrect, and had to send photos of the item I was keeping to straighten it out.
The item I returned was $27.00. I received a refund of $16.50 today. Now, I have been communicating with them for 14 days. FOURTEEN DAYS! I just sent a message to them, and asked to speak to a manager. I want to know how they calculated the $16.50. Asked the rep I was communicating with, but won't tell me. If they are charging me for return shipping, that would be horrible customer service, as they sent the wrong item, and why should I have to pay to return it?
Also, used a $3 coupon for the order. No requirements to use the coupon, such as a minimum order. Now I am being told that the $3 will be deducted from my order. I disagree with this. The coupon should be applied to the item I am keeping. Once again, I want to point out that I was sent the wrong item.
I am so frustrated with this company, that I want to tell everyone to beware of this company.
Fourteen days I have been communicating with them to resolve this issue. What company in the US would take 14 days to resolve a problem?
Sent them a message today asking to speak to a manager. Wonder if I will receive a response?
I am happy with the item I am keeping. However, due to the poor customer service I have received, I will never, NEVER order from Sheln again.
