I made a transaction on Sept 26. And was told there was a technical problem with transferring money from Metrobank to Landbank. Then a day after that, i was told there was a problem with the account details of the recipient. I sent them a copy of the recipient account and World Remit confirmed with me that it is correct. Lo and behold, 3 weeks after, the money is still not received by the recipient.
I got fed up. So I warned them to give back my money within 48 hours or I will report them to Competition Bureau Canada and Canadian Anti Fraud Centre, among other else. They do not deserve leniency. They have no credibility. Dont get scammed by World Remit.
