I received an offer to get 3 bottles of quality olive oil and a decanter at a ridiculously low price, with no further obligation. I had reservations since most things today have a catch that you don't find out about until you are snagged. HOWEVER, this company did just what it said it would. My olive oil came in dark glass jars to protect from sunlight degrading the oil. It is some of the best olive oil I've ever tasted, including oils in Italy that were freshly pressed nearby. They sent a small catalog with the oils but no pressure to buy, no auto ship, no bait and switch. I will definitely be ordering more when my special priced package has been consumed.

I ordered an item and it was shipped by Fed-ex ground to Martinsville, Indiana. I did not receive it and called the vendor. Fed ex tracking said it was delivered. My neighbor said he watched the driver put it in my U.S. Postal mailbox (Which I thought was totally illegal). Whether the mail carrier removed it or someone stole it, I dont know. I filed a claim and although their site says you don't need supporting documents for claims under a $100, they insisted the vendor provide them. After 2 months of run around, they sent me a letter denying my $27 claim. Well, I will never order anything again that uses them for the shipping agent. I actually got the last laugh! Although this was the first time I dealt with them on a personal level, my employer used to spend a healthy chunk of change with them. Not anymore.

I signed up for a free trial and used the site for a week. I had access to all the information sites and they never made it clear that it takes TWO subscriptions to see all information AFTER trial period. I paid for the year subsciption that was being offered every few minutes and as soon as the 14 day trial was over, I was shut off from 99% of the intformation unless I wanted to pay for a data package. I thought that was what I had already paid for with my subscription. I could have just put my family tree into my software for free. I feel like this conpany is practicing the old bait and switch business practice. There was definitely no Clear disclosure of all costs involved. I had told 3 friends about the site. I called them back and told them NOT to join. Very disappointed. Also very annoying that you cannot add marriage dates later.
