I have been pleased with most of my purchases. I enjoy the site and the quick buy time. I like how the bidding goes pretty fast. I did receive a ring where two very little side stones fell out the first day I wore it. The mermaid ring I ordered for my daughter was "huge" it looked petite in the picture. But I enjoy the site very much
