As a breeder This has been my web site for the past 25 years. I'm extremely thankful for their Service! I've met and adopted out many a puppy over these years... most overall people are very nice and I know that they go to very good homes. In business you will always have miserable unhappy people! They are few but the unhappies are the ones that mostly give the reviews! I've had some miserables, I've made mistakes, I've had a few refunds, and occasionally but rarely genetic problems. There's No Such Thing Friends as a Perfect Record in business. Overall my experience with refunds and a genetic issue has been always amicable. You'll have People you can't ever please, people you can please most of the time some of the time but you will Never Please all the People all the Time! Fact
