I had to hassle them for over two weeks before they even sent my package. I should not have had to remind them to send me what I paid for. Then it got lost in transit. Which isn't their fault, admittedly, but they would still do little to rectify it except make me wait probably another two weeks for a new one. Their customer service is appalling, as all they do is send out generic responses instead of actually responding to what you've written.
