I ordered a new yoga outfit/swimwear. When it was well over a week and my order still said processing, I attempted to contact them to see what was up. No response to my email, and their phone number doesnt work.

I checked my debit card and the charge had been backed out. So, i reordered the items plus a few other things I needed.

I then received a barrage of emails asking if my order was correct, etc. I asked them to cancel the first order and proceed with the second. They wouldnt do that. So, now I have two identical yoga outfits.

Cant wait to see what nonsense the return process will be.

I will NEVER order from them again or purchase their products from a third party retailer. For the prices they charge they should at least try to have some sort of customer service.

Trash. Just avoid.
