I bought the Jitterbug phone and was very happy with it, having had a blackberry for years. However, the sales person was not clear about a few things and my bill ended up being over twice as much as I originally was told. Cases in point: "First moth free" only was for the health button; "Unlimited everything" did not include data! Also, regarding the data, it was not noted that I was coming from an analog phone to a digital one; it was assumed that my low usage on the blackberry would be the same on the Jitterbug. My usage went way over right away and would not have been noted by me except that I got an email saying my first month's bill was available to see! I ended up canceling with GreatCall and went back to my blackberry. I have sent the phone back and am waiting for my refund. Hope this helps anyone contemplating going for the Jitterbug.

I can almost immediately find what I'm looking for on their site. And even if I don't, an ad will pop up in a day or two with more choices. I once got a pre-lit Christmas palm tree for 70% off after initially searching a few days before for one!
All that being said, I love Amazon & always go there first when I'm in the market for... anything!

I was pleasantly surprised to find someone so quickly. The site is easy to navigate. I only wish, for others, that there would be a place to put in parameters for distance.
