I have not been able to find any work through your establishment. I am very disappointed to due the fact that I can't reach a Customer Service Agent from Care.Com to get technical help or just asking a simple question to get a simple answer. You are happy to take my money, however, you do not seem to care if I need help.
I want to cancel my account, and I'm sure it will be difficult to do that since every other step on your site has been difficult.
The Job's you are sending me are generic.
I do not have the time to sit in front of this computer and try to figure out how to do everything. I have wasted time and money here. Sincerely,
