Very upset for my first time visit... The "OWNER" did my nails and it ended up bleeding. Then she tried to wipe it with the brush (which was so nasty and unsanitary! She didn't discounted or gave any apology but charged me full price for everything. Then I put up a review on Facebook and SHE TOLD MY FRIEND TO NOT BRING HER (ME) UP IN HERE AGAIN and that she will delete my review! I feel like I have a freedom of speech and I can write and expressed any review! BUT DON'T WORRY I WILL NOT GO BACK TO HER BUSINESS AGAIN!

I WILL NEVER GET A YAHOO ACCOUNT AGAIN! I called about unlocking my account for ymail.com because I forgot my password and the number they had was an old number on my account. Well I called trying to get answers and the man I spoke with first was very rude! Then he told me there was a charge. Well when I called back to asked another question that I didn't understand, the man name Jerry (@ *******486) was like you just called us and you trying to see if we would change our minds or what we are saying. Are you trying to not pay a fee. I thought they were very unprofessional! I will never do anything with YAHOO again!

Horrible service! If I could not give it any stars I would! Will never come back! We stayed for 4 hours and the "owner" from what I was told was very rude to my 90+ grandmother! He rushed us out and did not respect us. He told us that he do not do the scheduling and if that's all... he needs to leave. I thought that was not professional at all! He argued us down about missing her appointment but she was in the hospital. I asked one of the nurses who could I report him and she said no one because he is the owner! That business needs a new owner and nicer assistances or it needs to be SHUT DOWN!

I have never had any problems until the name switched to Choxi.com. I ordered many things and most of the electronics I've had to return because they never worked or it was used. I ordered chargers and I had to return them because they did not charge. I ordered a grill and it was used and wiped off. I had to return that. Now I ordered a Bluetooth head set on 4/20/2016 and it did not shipped until 5/24/2016. I emailed on 5/9/2016@ 11:23am to Choxi.com about my problem and wanted to know the status on my ordered I placed on 4/20/2016. I asked for a full refund and NOT STORE CREDIT. I haven't received any feedback for some reason. On 5/17/2016 I emailed again requesting for my full refund & NOT IN STORE CREDITS because my order was not tracked and I am still waiting on my order that it was not been shipped. I let them know that this is my second time emailing about this product. I received an email from Vernon stating that they apologize for the inconvenience but my order is still being processed and will be shipped out soon. Lovely D emailed me (from the first time)and said thank you for my patience but and gave me a list of how to check my order and that it will be shipped 2 to 3 weeks from order date (This was the third week of my order). I received a third email from Angel on 5/20/2016 where they have received feedback from the manufacture and my product is being shipped. When I received my product the lights just flashed. I charged it all day and it did not charge. I called Choxi because I was too upset to email and they said they refund me $2.11 which on my bank account it was only $2.10 refunded. I don't know where they got the one cent from. SO I called and spoke to Jackie and she stated that there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to her supervisor (Gideon). I spoke to Gideon and he said because it was so far back they couldn't do anything but give me a credit. I refuse to order from them and I asked for his supervisor. He said he was the only one and there was no one else.

The customer service (Ingrid) was horrible and very disrespectful!
This is my second time calling Bookit.com because of their prices are reasonable. Well this is my second time having a problem with them. On 6-16-2016, I called to make reservations. I spoke with a lady named Ingrid *******879 (X9402) and she was VERY nasty and hateful to me. She act like she did not want to be at work. I told her that I didn't get an email with the reservations and she stated "I DID SEND YOU THE INFORMATION"! So I let that go. So she asked me "SO ARE YOU GOING TO BOOK!" And my response was No. Well Ms. Ingrid (the customer service rep) hung up on me without saying "Well I'm sorry is there anything else I could do?"... I thought that she was not showing good customer service. I called many times after that asking to speak to their supervisor... Well I was transferred 4 times and on hold for 30 minutes to an hour waiting each time! Then when I got so frustrated I ended up speaking with Amber who was nice but wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. She stated that they do not send calls to the supervisor. She was talking to him/her back and forth while I was on the phone. I was OK with that and the supervisor told her to tell me that he/she apologized for whatever and he/she will look into it. I would love to know if something will be done with that representative. Most companies will let it go but I will not know the resolution of this problem. I am very upset and will NOT book anything with Bookit.com ever AGAIN!
