“Very poor customer service”

Bought a new washer and dryer in Nov 2015. Main cable fried and tripped off the breaker in the fuse box. Moving forward repaired only to have had the main control board damaged. No help with Maytag one year on parts excluding the drum and motor. Looking at a $700 repair bill.
