I just ordered a degree last week. I paid for rush 3-5 day service. I emailed yesterday to follow up and they said they could not send my item because I listed a different shipping address than my billing address. I called today and was hung up on (by Brian) shortly after calling. I will pursue fraud charges and try to get them shut down. I am a real customer. I took a photo of the confirmation of order with my phone as proof. THIS IS A SCAM!
I am sorry; it took me awhile to find your order in our system because it was placed under “Barbara” and not “Charlotte”. I was able to find the order you placed, because “Charlotte” was listed as the name on the bachelors diploma. I do apologize that were unable to do business with you but due to regulations with our bank, we could not process your order. The issue is the addresses for both shipping and billing did not match (one was in the USA and another in the UK). Plus, the names were totally different, as you were Barbara K. And he was Nathanael R. Our bank contacted us and told us immediately to do not honor this transaction. I am deeply sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you, as our hands were tired in this case. As far as the experience you had with Brain, his actions were inexcusable and he will be disciplined accordingly.
For now, you entire charge was refunded fully on 04/30/2015 at 10:17:45 AM CDT. Depending on your bank, this may take a few days to update on your personal banking records.
