I ordered a Jersey from them on the 5th of July. I have constantly been tracking it and it has been in Secaucus, NJ since July 7th. I called UPS several times to see why it hasn't moved and they told me that I had to contact NFLSHOP.com. When I called NFL.com, their customer service WILL NOT allow you to talk to anyone. It is totally automated. This is HIGHLY unsatisfactory. I sent them an E-Mail and they told me that if I don't get it by July 19th to send them another E-Mail for an investigation. My credit card has ALREADY been charged for this item since it has already been shipped and this is all of the HELP (if you can call it that) that I have received. This is a very asinine, lackadaisical and insipid way to do business.
