“No help when product is in a unseable format”

First few purchases was okay and got fast responses but after downloading a Plr off there site that's in a unusable format and the files corrupt when trying to change file type, I have ask for help 3 times they have completly ignored me for over a week when normally they reply within 24 hours. I definitely won't be using this website again

Hey Charlie, I do apologize that we did not get back to you sooner. It was not our intention. My bad, I take responsibility. I replied to your support ticket twice today, much earlier. I also converted the all the videos you had trouble with for you and sent you link to download them. Sorry for there was a delay, we were not ignoring you. Things happen in life that cause delays.
