I used to work for them, here's how to get all your money back
1) Call freeshipping.com
2) Have the rep locate your account
3) Say you want to cancel and have all the fees they charged you refunded please
4) Reps are technically supposed to counter you with an offer to refund less money but for minimum wage very few reps bother
5) You'll get a confirmation email and your refund will process in 3-5 business days
They are a legit company and if you're willing to submit your reciepts to them and shop mostly online you could easily make your money back in rebates.
Please be nice to the reps, it's not their fault you put your credit card info into a strange website you didn't understand.
