Deceptive letter containing a bogus credit card, phony non-existant $200 "Cash Bonus" offer if you sign up for a high-fee credit card processing service, and no pre-approval like the LARGE PRINT HEADING of the letter reads. This qualifies as mail fraud and I will file a complaint with the appropriate authorities. BEWARE!
