We canceled our prescription for our dog, but it was shipped anyway. The prescription was canceled because our beloved Shadow had passed away. This horrible company required us to pay a 50% restocking fee... for their mistake. AWFUL. Do not buy from them. No heart, no compassion. Only $$$$$.
