No email back from last week and I need these parts yesterday...

Some prices were lower some where higher than other wed sites, but overall it was a bit cheaper and much easier together everything at one place. The people were always friendly on the phone and took the time to explain why I needed something I didn't think I did.
Everything was in stock and shipped quick, a big plus when the rest of the World is back ordered.
I would buy from Aqua Science again and would tell friends to shop here too.

BJ use to be great so when I needed a couple hundred more batteries I ordered from them again.
WOW, what a difference. Orders use to get to me in just a few days, not this time.
Of course when you call they say it's because of the China Flu... BS!
I have been ordering things from Belgrade Serbia via DHL and they arrive in Phoenix in 4 days!
What the hell is BJ doing?
So my 200 batteries are riding around in a 140* truck for the last two weeks and just sitting here in Phoenix for the last several days being destroyed by the heat! Needless to say I'm disappointed in Battery Junction...
I can only guess the expensive 10 year shelf life batteries I order might last half that now...

If you contact our customer service team with your last name or order #, we can look up shipping tracking information for your order. Without knowing what batteries you ordered- I can't confirm whether there was a delay due to us needing to source the batteries, or if this is an issue with the shipping company.
Many of the batteries we normally stock have been on backorder the past few months due to widespread shortages and significant delays from their manufacturers. While we notify customers on our site and in follow-up emails of stock shortages, we are coordinating with all our manufacturers to fill backorders as quickly as possible.
We ship out of one location in Connecticut, and use several delivery services including DHL. It's unusual for an order to take that long to reach Phoenix, let alone to sit in a local facility for several days. We unfortunately don't have direct control over your local delivery warehouses or USPS, but can assist you in contacting them to see what's going on.

Update: Our customer service manager was able to lookup your order placed on the 10th. There were minimal delays in packing your order, which was shipped out on the 12th. DHL dropped off package in a Phoenix facility on the 21st, and is en route to USPS. We have no control over delays from DHL and USPS due to COVID impacts, and suggest signing up for text and email updates from USPS.
