As other reviewers have said, I also experienced the misleading online shopping. I spent time going thru the website putting items in my cart. I go to check out with almost $200.00 in my cart and it won't let me check out... after entering all information including credit card. I do an online chat which was such as waste of time, I was told if items say low inventory I might not be able to get them WTH, I put them in my cart how can I not get them, I am trying to pay! The online chat accomplished NOTHING, she kept telling the same answer. I go back and try and delete 2 items and still can't check out, this tells me that I won't be able to purchase anything. I am so furious at my experience so I email them with my complaints... here is were it gets really good, I receive a email back that states its unfortunate that I feel this way and they will be happy to give me a full refund on the clothes I purchased I just need to return them to the store. That means they don't even read the emails they receive had I been able to purchase the clothes in MY cart I would not returning them! TIME WASTED AND MISLEADING, not to mention UNHELPFUL!
