I selected the Resume Writing Group because of the positive reviews and professional samples on their website. I did not know what to expect, but I was reassured when I received a welcome email from my writer (Lori) the same day. I have 25 years of management experience with no resume, so I sent a 9-page list of skills. The next day, I received a very professional resume. However, I wanted additional skills listed, and for some reason, I expected Lori to read my mind. To my surprise, I received an email from the owner explaining the process Lori took to write my resume and asking for specifics to resolve my issue. I was shocked that this company cared enough to do whatever it took to make me happy. The revision was sent the next day, and it MUCH MORE than I expected. Not only do they have professional writers, but their customer service is exceptional. Thanks, Lori and Dave!
