I work at a company with tight budgets for gifts. When I found this site & was thrilled because their prices were so low. I place the order on the 19th for same day delivery. Today is the 26th & still no flowers. I on on hold for the second time with them about this. I just want a refund at this point. They keep trying to placate me by offering a "free" upgrade. I eventually got the refund & the rep was very nice about it.
