They don`t even deserve 1 star
I submitted my parcel for shipping & then they started asking for ID, process took 7-8 days (I contacted around 10 times regarding this), then they told me that your parcel will be shipped in 24hrs. After 24hrs, I got a mail saying there`s a problem with your order because your IDs don`t have anti-counter-felting stamps (I sent them original pics of my IDs same as my govt issued me). Then they asked for proof of purchases, I sent them proof of purchases for both products, they replied that one of them doesn`t matches the product we`ve received. I got one item from a amazon seller who ordered it directly from google store & it got shipped from google`s warehouse directly, I asked amazon seller to provide me the receipt of Google store, It took around 12hrs to get that, then I sent my receipt to their mail again. It`s been 3 days now, they stopped responding, they`re not replying to any of my mails, they stopped chatting (blocked me I guess). Haven`t seen this poor customer service in my whole life, I SUGGEST EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESHIP & DON`T TAKE CHANCE WITH EXPENSIVE ITEMS.

No matter when you ship parcels to our warehouse, or request shipment to you, the recipient name must be your legal name and same to the name associated with your account. Any discrepancy will result in identification verification and the forwarding of your packages may be delayed.
I am sorry but there are no anti-counterfeiting watermarks on your identifications, and your parcels are from Google Store which is not matched with your purchase proofs(your purchase proofs shows it's from Amazon and there is no billing address on it).
Based on above reasons, I am sorry but your parcel cannot be shipped currently for security reasons.
