Stole my money after charging and confirming payment, then immediately cancelled order. Emailed their team with no response or any explanation however they respond on these review sites! Blamed it on me saying I didn't do the verification process, that doesn't exist or wasn't asked of me! But they still took $240 of my money! On a 3rd party site, they claim they gave me a refund. WHERE? Why do I not have communication stating this or the money to show? I will tell everyone not to use this site or trust them with your money.

We understand you must be frustrated with what happened on your transaction. We've checked this order and this was cancelled since it did not pass the verification process. We just to let you know that DHgate cannot verify if a transaction does not happen yet since we do not have your payment details yet.
Since DHgate is a website based in China, we have implemented strict payment procedures to ensure that the one using the card is the primary cardholder.
A refund for the amount of $238.28 was completed in our system on 2017-03-18 and this was returned on the same card account you've used to pay for the order. This will reflect in your account after 10-15 working days depending on your bank's refund process.
