I bought my first and only item from this website (a branch of toolbarn.com) mid-February, 2010. After I received the item, I realized I needed to exchange it with a similar product. Apparently this company does not do exchanges, so I had to return the item, get a refund, and then purchase the new one. After shipping the product back to the seller, I waited... and waited... and waited to receive my refund. I talked to the seller and apparently his "returns lady" was sick and they were looking for someone else to fill her position, so my item hadn't been processed. OK, I can deal with that. I mean, he said it would be processed within a week, right? Or not. I contacted him again a few weeks later (through email since no one ever answered the phone) and I was informed that the original payment never went through. Huh, well that's really interesting since both Paypal and my bank account showed that money went from my account to the seller. Isn't that classified as 'going through'? Over the next few weeks we continuously fired emails back and forth, the seller (~Stu, as he referred to himself) eventually saying "I would suggest you actually check your paypal account." This was after I had copied down word for word what my Paypal account said. I finally reported him to the BBB, and the next morning he sent my an apologetic email saying that it was, surprisingly enough, his mistake. He informed me that he would have to send the refund in the form of a check, which was sent to the wrong address with the wrong amount. Apparently he really didn't want to part with my money. I have some strong doubts that I will complete that exchange I was after in the first place.
