I purchased for the yohoba site & after 10 days I hadn't heard anything & hadn't received anything even tho they have 7-10 day shipping.
After numerous emails to them asking for info I saw in tiny writing on the website that they weren't working due to chinese new year. Would have been good if I had received an out office email or something.
So after almost a month I received an email- stating they were out of stock of a pair of shoes & to pick 2 alternatives in case they were out of stock also.
After reading the previous review about the refund issues with this site I chose other shoes. A week later (in Australia) I received the shoes, I'm pretty happy with them, very comfy.
I think as long as you realise you get the service you pay for... and don't expect great service from them you won't be disappointed in the shoes ( poor English and obvious communication issues due to time zones)
The only thing was the exorbitant credit card fees, I think it was 10% surcharge but it felt safer than a money gram or western union.
