It took a couple of purchases to realize that if one item wasn't in stock they would hold your whole order until that one item comes in. Even if it takes 2 months. So you have to be careful and only order things that are in stock that will ship within 24 hours or you risk your whole order being on back order. This is a huge drawback to the site.
